I have an extensive back ground in agriculture and the chemical industry, serving on many local, state, and national agricultural committees in the 80?s and 90?s. I joined the fire department as part time in 1998, then hired full time in 2000.

 

I am the Assistant Chief and the Training Officer of the Loudon County Fire Rescue. Following are some of  the current fire service certifications: Fire Fighter II/EMT, Fire Instructor I, Advanced RIT, Confined Space Rescue, Search & Rescue Management, Haz-Mat Tech, Vehicle Extrication Instructor, Heavy Rescue Tech, TEMA Instructor, Tennessee Association of Rescue Squads Instructor, and CPR Instructor. 

 

I love to work on one of our family's farms. It helps me keep my sanity. Very proud dad of two wonderful children. My son (23),is in the Army, (Korea), and my daughter (12), lives with me.
